Junior Trevian Lacrosse

Junior Trevian Lacrosse embarks on a journey with a strong focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship during these foundational years. Players learn fundamental lacrosse skills, progressing from basics like passing and catching to more advanced techniques such as shooting and defensive strategies. Coaches emphasize proper techniques and gradually advance players from basic drills to more complex plays. The program instills values like respect, fair play, and sportsmanship, teaching young athletes to appreciate both victories and defeats. Physical fitness is promoted through activities including running, agility, and hand-eye coordination. The competitive spirit is nurtured, introducing players to the thrill of competition and helping them handle pressure, develop resilience, and persevere in the face of challenges. The goal is to cultivate a lifelong passion for lacrosse, whether as players, coaches, or avid supporters, contributing to the vibrancy and future growth of the sport.

North Shore Sharks Novice (3rd) Session 2 (Mondays)

Program Details:

  • Time:  Monday 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • Schedule: Jan 5th – Feb 12th (practice once a week and games.)
  • Location: Chicago Lax Lab (Skokie)
  • Cost: $300

Additional Equipment Required: Bicep guards, rib protection and box helmet(optional)

Our Box Lacrosse season is designed to give players the unique opportunity to develop their skills in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment. Box lacrosse is played indoors on a smaller field with boards, creating constant action and forcing players to improve their stick skills, decision making, and physicality.
