Junior Trevian Girls Lacrosse
Junior Trevian Girls Lacrosse is a dedicated program fostering the growth of young female lacrosse players. The training encompasses fundamental skills such as passing, catching, shooting, and ground ball techniques, along with position-specific sessions tailored to each player’s role. Emphasis is placed on effective teamwork, communication, and tactical understanding for both offensive and defensive strategies. The program also focuses on improving overall fitness, fostering mental toughness to handle pressure, instilling sportsmanship and leadership values, and providing practical application opportunities through scrimmages and game simulations. Goalie-specific training is offered where applicable, and continuous evaluation ensures ongoing progress with regular constructive feedback.
